Kygers Hill is the first track that popped out when we sat down to record last April. It’s a song that Viv wrote about visiting her childhood home after moving away. Returning, you see and appreciate everything anew. Something about going back somewhere can make you realize that you never really can go back after all. Like much of the album, this one is about coming to terms with all the parts of ourselves. It’s about coming to know who you were, who you are, and imagining who you’re going to be.
